Not every student thrives in a traditional classroom.

Genna Rose was built around a simple idea: young people learn best when they're engaged, respected, and given something real to work towards. We combine hands-on hair, beauty and barbering training with personal development, so students build practical skills alongside confidence, communication and self-esteem.

We work closely with schools, Wiltshire Council and families to provide tailored, wrap-around support — with regular attendance tracking, progress reports and individual learning plans, so everyone involved in a young person's education stays informed.
