Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Genna Rose Salon requires 72 hours’ notice before the commencement time of this appointment. 

Cancellations and reschedules after this 72-hour time frame will result in the full cost of the appointment being made and paid by close of business the day of the appointment, either over the phone or with the card stored on file. 

If you’ve never worked with lashes before, or you’re entirely new to lashes & brows, you can start with our beginners eyelash extension course, lash lift and tint or even brow wax and tint course to ensure you know all the basics, how to build your kit and how to get started in business. 

We believe in being masters of our art. Our lash experts are highly trained and consistently updated on the latest products and techniques. For us, we don’t want to dilute our mastery – because you deserve only the best. 

Eyelash extensions are tiny synthetic fibres called PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) they are the lashes that are glued to the base of your natural eyelash to give the illusion of longer, thicker and curlier lashes – and there are many different styles to suit your desires. As a general rule, the life-cycle of your natural eyelashes is anything from 30 to 45 days – this is how long your lash extensions will last. 

At Genna Rose, we keep the main thing, the main thing. We are expert lash artists and brow beautifiers because we specialise in just those things!
