Hi! I’m Genna – the face and name behind the brand.
You’ll honestly never meet someone more passionate about beauty, eduction and business. That why after 10 years of working in the beauty industry providing treatments, building a huge client base, winning awards with some of the most prestigious brands and teaching 100s of students my skills, I have combined my love for beauty and teaching.
It’s an honour to be a renowned and award winning lash artist, award winning educator – as well as a respected and booked out Beauty Therapiss, I only wish I had someone like myself to look up to and learn from.
As a teen, academics were not my strong point, I struggled in school academically, which alone come with problems. I would shy away from participating in group activities at the risk of being wrong. I was separated into ‘the lower banding’ which meant I had to attended a different area of the school, which everyone knew was for the “not so bright” children. It made me feel embarrassed. Maths and English wasn’t my strong point but I was bright at so many other things.
As a single parent up bringing my Mum did everything she could. Even at the age of 25 when she paid for me to do my first beauty course. Only then did I start to feel like I was someone, and I knew who I was.
I grew my skills and went on to build a sizeable figure business, employing 4 members of staff and building a client base with a waitlist.
And now,
Now I get to combine my love for beauty and teaching to empower young minds to believe in themselves and their potential!
